Gift Card is accepted at over 6,000 participating retailers at Westfield Shopping Centres across Australia - from department stores to fashion stores, cinemas , restaurants, book stores and much, much more!
The Westfield Gift Card program is open to all retailers within Westfield Shopping Centres in Australia. However, retailers at Westfield Shopping Centres are under no obligation to participate in the Westfield Gift Card program. Participation is purely voluntary. Participating retailers may exit the Westfield Gift Card program at any time at their sole discretion.

A Westfield Gift Card expires 12 months from the date of activation.
Westfield Gift Cards are available for purchase online or at the Concierge Desk of any Westfield Shopping Centre in Australia.
Westfield Gift Cards can be loaded with values from $10 to $995.
Online payment can be made by American Express, Visa or Mastercard. When purchasing a Westfield Gift Card from a Concierge Desk, payment may be made by American Express*, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS or cash. Corporate customers should review corporate payment options.

No. The Westfield Gift Card can only be loaded with value once, at the time of purchase.
Westfield Gift Cards are not refundable. You should treat your Westfield Gift Card as if it was cash.
Your card will be activated automatically when it is issued by Westfield. It is ready to use as soon as you receive it.
Your Westfield Gift Card can be used repeatedly until the value of the card has been used (or the card has expired). For purchases greater than the remaining card balance, participating retailers may accept supplemental forms of payment, but this is subject to the policies of the individual retailer. Please consult the participating retailer for more information.
Some retailers do allow using more than one payment type to pay for an item

No, Westfield Gift Cards cannot be redeemed online. They can only be redeemed in a Westfield Shopping Centre.

Your PIN number is shown on the back of your card. Your PIN number is the 4-digit number on the right hand side. Your card number and reference number are shown on the back of your card. Your gift card number is the 18-digit number and your reference number is the 4-digit number in the middle.

Yes. When you check your balance online you will also receive a list of your transactions.
You cannot check your balance at individual retailers. However, balance enquiries can be made online and at all Westfield Concierge Desks.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards will be replaced if a customer can provide an original receipt and card reference number (conditions apply). Damaged Gift Cards will be replaced upon presentation of the damaged card.
