A service fee $2.95 per card is applicable to all Westfield Gift Cards.
All Westfield Gift Cards, whether purchased from our Concierge Desks, our website or third-party retailer network, have a service fee attached. The fee is slightly higher at non-Westfield points of sale (retailers such as supermarkets and Australia Post stores), as these cards are charged at a slightly higher price for the convenience of being able to purchase these anywhere.
We aim to be very transparent about the service fee, mentioning it at the point of sale if purchased at our Concierge Desks, or printing it on the card packaging at third-party retailers, so that customers are aware of this when they are selecting and paying for our products.
This service fee goes towards:

The management of the Gift Card program – this supports the scope of our gift cards in being able to be used at the wide range of stores, providing greater flexibility to enjoy the cards. Cards with similar functionalities incur much heftier service fees.

In the instance of a Physical Gift Card, the card can be used anywhere eftpos is accepted across Australia.

In the instance of a Digital Gift Card, the card is redeemable at retailers with contactless payment facilities or online merchants which support Apple Pay or Google Pay.

It is important to remember that acceptance of our cards is ultimately at retailer discretion, and some retailers may choose not to accept the Westfield Gift Card products.

Gift Card security – we will replace lost or stolen Gift Cards if you contact us with the purchase receipt. Other store gift cards must be treated like cash and no assistance can be provided if lost.

The production, packaging and distribution of the Physical Gift Cards. Most store cards are not issued with packaging or it may be purchased at an additional cost.
Any corporate order with a face value of $5,000 or more will receive a 50% discount on the service fees.
Westfield Gift Cards purchased as part of the corporate order can be loaded with any value between $10 and $500.
No, there is no minimum order quantity.
All Westfield Gift Card designs (standard red, Happy Birthday and Thank You) are redeemable at participating retailers in Australia with eftpos facilities (some retailers may not accept Westfield Gift Cards).
We accept payment via Direct Deposit or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and America Express). Orders paid by credit card will incur a credit card surcharge which will be calculated at checkout. If you would like to pay via Direct Deposit, we will issue an invoice directly to you via email, for you to arrange payment. An email confirmation will be sent once payment has been received by us. Please note that your order will not be dispatched until payment has been received.

Due to COVID-19 and peak shopping season our delivery network has been affected by a major surge in parcel deliveries. Please be advised your order may be impacted by additional delays due to a significant increase in demand.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing the tracking details.
Your corporate order will delivered to your nominated delivery address and cannot be collected in-centre.
