The Service fee allows us to manage the retail partners who choose to participate in Westfield’s Gift Card program, as well as provide lost and damaged card replacement services. It also covers the cost of printing and producing Westfield Gift Cards. This means Westfield Gift Card customers can shop with confidence while being able to enjoy using their gift cards at a wide range of retailers.
In a single order, if you are spending over $5,000 on Westfield Gift Cards, we are able to discount the service fees by 50%.
Westfield Gift Cards can be loaded with any value between $10 and $500.
No, there is no minimum order quantity for our Westfield Gift Card or custom products.
We accept payment via Direct Deposit or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and America Express). If you would like to pay via Direct Deposit, we will issue an invoice for you to arrange payment. An email confirmation will be sent once payment has been received by us.
Orders are dispatched once payment has been received.
- Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days if ordered by 11am AET.
- Courier (Capital cities only): Orders placed before 10am weekdays will be dispatched the same day, for express delivery.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the method of delivery and the composition of your order.

If you need your cards urgently, we will do everything we can to help. Call us on 1300 790 292 before placing your order and we can discuss ways to get Gift Cards to you on time.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched.
For orders placed online, we will deliver to your nominated address. If you wish to pick up your order in person, please contact your local Westfield centre before placing your order and our centre teams will be able to assist further.
The security of your order is important to us. Our Corporate Gift Card orders are dispatched inactive and cannot be used until the order has been activated. To activate your order, head to www.westfieldgiftcards.com.au/Corporate/Activate and enter your invoice number and the card number and reference number of any one card from your order.
